I coordinated and variety of support activities pertaining to budgeting, purchasing, personnel and management assistant functions for the Information Technology Group (ITG).
I collect data from a various sources and prepare a variety of report for use by Program management in overseeing the administrative and technical operation of ITG. I set up controls to monitor expenses and prepare monthly fiscal reconciliation reports by budget object class codes. Work with analysts in managing all IT administrative action to ensure that commitments are made within the budget allotment, products/services are received, inspection occurs, and payments are rendered. Recommends and take appropriate action(s) to correct deficiencies and problem areas. Identify ways to avoid problems areas in the future.
I work with analysts on the Agency-wide technical approval processing of all incoming requests for IT investments.
