• In 1993 joined Maple Leaf Cement and worked for 13 years and resigned as SDM Inst. In Dec-2005.

• Joined Lucky Cement Karachi Project in May-2006 as SDM DCS/PLC and resigned in May-2007. (last salary at the time of resignation excluding other benefits was Rs. 51,767).

ASHRAF SUGAR MILL
• Joined Ashraf sugar mill on 23-11-2015 as Head of Department Electrical, Instrument and control (DGM E&I) and resigned from Ashraf sugar mill on 22-04-2016. Worked on VFDs like Siemens (Sinamics), 1000 KW LT drive, HT panel, 15 MW Chinese turbines with its related equipment like 505E Digital Governor, Omron CJ2G PLC, centrifugal refine.
• We exported power of 5 MWH at single feeder to WAPDA. AL-MOIZ INDUSTRIES & POWER PLANT
• Joined Al-Moiz Industries on 29-09-2007 as Head of Department Electrical, Instrument and control and resigned from Al-Moiz on 19-07-2015. Work includes complete power house installation and commissioning. Power house consists of 12 MW and 15 MW 11KV steam turbine and 16 MW 6.3 KV steam turbine. Two high pressure steam boilers processing 80 Ton/hr and having 65 Bar installed. All VFD are ABB manufactured and control system of boiler is also of ABB DCS. Repairing of VFDs like replacement of IGBT, Firing cards Thyristors. Programming of VFDs
• Main control system is of Honeywell Experion. Control system of one turbine is GE-Fanuc Versamax PLC and Siemens S7-300 is of second turbine and third turbine control system is Omron CJ1G /S7-200 PLC.
• Control system at shredder and Mills is S7-300 and drives are of also Siemens 1250 KW DC. At sugar refining drives are of Siemens with S7-200 control system.
• We exported power of 15 MWH at 3 feeders, 1 feeder is ring configuration and directly connected to BAND KORAI. First, we synchronize it and then give power export set point on DEIF controller while rest of 2 feeders are radial feeders. Almost 8 to 9 MWH power is exported at ring feeder in synchronized/lagging mode. Rest 6 to 7 MWH power exported at radial feeder, Earth fault up to the multifunctional three-phase P127 device with voltage protection functions, Micom P-121 is 3- Phase overcurrent and earth fault protection relay. 505E Digital Governor configuration.
