Responsible for cradle to grave contract management, pricing, and capture management for proposals for the United States Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). Ensured that contract requirements, task orders and task order modifications were compliant with the FAR, DFAR and published GSA schedules. Division. Primary responsibilities included developing the project from infancy to a team with over sixty
with an average invoice of $500,000. Additionally, worked directly with programming staff to
implement a customized claim management system that facilitated the efficient review of the health
care claims of the victims of 9/11.
