Direct all operational and financial aspects of corporate fleet management, controlling a $2.0M+ annual budget for purchasing, parts, and fuel. fleet consisting of approximately 1800 pcs of equipment

Lead and direct a large, cross-functional team of 32 employees, including mechanics, painters, and parts department personnel, overseeing all scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management.

Spearheaded strategic grant acquisitions, securing $1.5M in competitive state funding to upgrade corporate machinery and optimize equipment purchasing power.
