Supervised a team of about 17 loaders.
Came in and began to coach and enforced KeHE’s policies and productivity expectations to a team that had not been held accountable in many months.
We went from a loaded pallet scanning rate of 0% to over 95% during the short time I was there.
Created and put in practice a financial incentive for loaders to get an additional 25cents per loaded pallet to increase their morale and productivity.
• Stablished an open line of communication between loaders and drivers to improve load quality, by allowing both drivers and loaders to learn from each other’s opportunities and correct them in a positive and constructive manner, and move away from the common negative perception that they may have for each other.
