Came in to an operation that lacked any formal type of performance quota due to the company’s failure to negotiated during their latest CBA.

Responsible for the loading operation of dry, perishable, and frozen goods for customers such as SaveMart, Safeway, and Sprouts among others.
Supervised a team of about 17 loaders.
Came in and began to coach and enforced KeHE’s policies and productivity expectations to a team that had not been held accountable in many months.
We went from a loaded pallet scanning rate of 0% to over 95% during the short time I was there.
Created and put in practice a financial incentive for loaders to get an additional 25cents per loaded pallet to increase their morale and productivity.
• Stablished an open line of communication between loaders and drivers to improve load quality, by allowing both drivers and loaders to learn from each other’s opportunities and correct them in a positive and constructive manner, and move away from the common negative perception that they may have for each other.
