PROJECTS

• DLS e-Trade Portal Link

Served as the Team Lead and IT Engineer for the USDA-funded DLS e-Trade Portal, leading system maintenance, optimization, and technical support. Coordinated project activities, trained government officials, resolved technical issues, enhanced system performance, and supported the digitalization of NOC and licensing services for national and international trade.

• Design a Image Dataset for Research

Created a dataset comprising 5015 images, referred to as image data, which was utilized for research purposes· This dataset was used to classify images into three stages of skin cancer, as the data consisted of skin cancer-related images.

EXPERIENCE

• IT Engineer at Department of livestock Services Fab 2025-Jun 2026 Serving as the Team Lead for the DLS e-Trade Portal, a project funded by the United States Department of Agricul- ture (USDA).

This is a commercial website through which users in Bangladesh and internationally obtain NOCs and licenses. Responsible for the maintenance of the DLS e-Trade Portal and overseeing the project team. Additionally, responsible for training district and upazila officers of the Department of Livestock Services on the functioning of the e-Trade Portal, providing guidance, and resolving their operational issues. Led a three-member support team responsible for collecting real-time user feedback through phone calls. Con- solidated reported issues, documented recurring problems, presented them during weekly project meetings, and coordinated with the technical team to ensure timely resolution and continuous system improvement.
