Founder, CEO – Plan and Process Consultancy, LLC./Independent Consultant 2009 - Current Consult services which include writing aspects for company governance, internal policies, accreditation reports, etc. in addition to process designs for special projects or programs. Consulted for Hamilton County – COAD, writing infrastructure processes to facilitate volunteers active in disaster mitigation and response. Conducted risk management assessments for small nonprofit organization within the healthcare industry, provided consultation for a bilingual training program, created an operation manual and guide for volunteer management and FTCA/HRSA malpractice submission. Conducted OSHA compliance assessment to determine areas of incompliance; led the organization to full compliance and training of staff. Conducted a HIPAA Privacy assessment to determine areas of risk, led several document management changes and processes; provided administrative support to the executive director for board review. Most tasks associated with Plan and Process Consultancy are relevant to federal and/or state regulatory compliance. As a process consultant, I provide organized and transparent deliverables that translate nicely into board governance and operations, accounting for human influences such as attributional errors and various learner levels.

Program Director – International Business College 09’-22’ Developed and successfully achieved two self-study applications and site-visits resulting in full re- accreditation award. Developed separate sterilization/OSHA program congruous to dental curricula. Strengthen chairside courses through implementation of a progressive learning schedule, especially designed for both low-high performing students. Collaborated a work-for-hire program by implementing a track between the dental program, career services, and local dental businesses. Improved interrelationships between current management and area dental offices, increasing sustained contract agreements from 50 to over 160 state-wide dental offices. Conducted a contract re-write to improve societal trust among existing and future dental offices through community solicitation. Reconstructed existing practices to improve learner investment, demonstrating 100% internship placement. Established a strong reputation as a dental assisting school among various communities; consistently 97% student employment. Writer of a dental assisting program which was duplicated in five locations throughout Indiana, receiving recognition from the Indiana Department of Workforce Development. Initiated accreditation self-study application with full accreditation awarded. Designed a separate dental expanded functions program

(initial start-up $10,000) to increase national examination participation rates while increasing graduate re- enrollment statistics by approximately 45%, full ROI by second enrollment. Constructed an additional

“feeder course” drawing applicants 2 semesters sooner than program acceptance, increasing overall program sustainable sales by $20,000, resulting in invitation to serve as Ivy Tech’s state-wide Curriculum Chair.

DALE Foundation – Founding President/Immediate Past President 2010-2016 Nominated and elected as one of six nationally-chosen founding trustees of brand-new, business start-up in Chicago. Elected president in August 2012 and re-elected in 2014.
