Jan 2016 thru Dec 2017 - Quality Manager – Responsible for all aspects of the Quality system. Including the ISO 9001, ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, ISO 17025 and Nadcap compliance. I was responsible for all Quality Inspection, Document Control, Safety and Met Lab Personnel.

Jan 2018 thru the present - Quality / Regulatory Affairs Manager – Responsible for all aspects of the Quality system. Including the ISO 9001, ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, and Nadcap compliance. I was responsible for all Quality Inspection, Document Control, Safety and Met Lab Personnel. Since January of 2018 the managing of any FDA, EPA, and regulatory related projects or issues.

Ross Aluminum Castings in Sidney Ohio Feb 1995 thru July 2015

1995 thru 2000 – worked on production floor and Final Inspection

2000 thru 2004 - Quality Technician – Eaton Argo Tech DSQR, Hamilton Sundstrand DQR, Quality Engineering of castings, Internal Audits, Corrective Actions responses to customers, Certified Aerospace Castings to Ship.

2005 thru 2006 – Outside Services Quality Representative - responsible for the quality of Ross subcontractors, Including issuing corrective to subcontractors, trouble shooting all issues, and training to do quality workmanship on castings.

2006 thru 2011 Quality Engineer / Lead Position – responsibilities included same as Quality Technician, with additional responsibilities of Supervision overall quality inspection personnel, responding to customer Corrective Actions, Ross Corrective and Preventive Actions procedures and system.

Aug 2011 thru Aug 2013 – Production Supervisor over Ross Core Room and Dry Sand Assembly Area – responsible for Supervision of production personnel, production scheduling for both areas that included full plant production, quality of the cores produced in both areas, meeting deadlines and customer demands.

Aug 2013 thru July 2015 – Director of Quality - responsible for management decisions that include supervision of all Quality Personnel, Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008,AS 9100:2009 Rev C), Production Quality of Castings including DSQR’s and all Final Inspection, Heat Treat Operations, Metallurgical Lab, Non Destructive Testing Operations, Outside Purchase Orders and quality for operations done by outside services, Respond to customer Demands including but not limited to NADCAP Certifications and Audits, Corrective Actions and RMA’s.
