My name is Brandon Ladd, I have 15 plus years in the construction industry. I spent 14.5 years at the University of Virginia in various trades including 5 years of a general heavy equipment operator and lead finisher/ cabinet builder withing a division of facilities management. I then progressed myself to the environmental remediation department as the lead asbestos remediation foreman along with duct fabricator and installation technician for the last 9.5 years of employment there. Starting with small projects all the way to whole building renovations within the university. Leaving the University i went on to working with sentry exteriors as a gutter technician, from there to Builders first source lumber company as a heavy equipment operator and product organizer. I then moved to Firestopperzz LLC as a firestop technician at the new Kalahari hotel /waterpark and convention center in Fredericksburg Va . To which in 4 short months I worked myself up all the way from firestop technician to Firestop foreman/supervisor over top of my crew of 10 technicians, where im in charge of scheduling, coordinating with site superintendents, county inspectors and other leads from every other trade. My entire professional career I have been in construction on projects of all sizes. My work ethic, customer service and attention to detail has put me in the position of a leader in every job I have. I know what is right and what is wrong in every aspect of every project. No job is to big or too much for me.
