Texas native with over 16 years of experience in unscripted television casting and development, specializing in discovering compelling stories and talent. I've worked with leading production companies including 3 Ball Entertainment, Shed Media, GRB, Karga7, Firecracker Pictures, and Megalomedia, contributing to series for Discovery, TLC, History, A&E, Lifetime, Travel Channel, and Science Channel.

Most recently, I served as Head of Development for a major Austin-based production company, overseeing projects from concept through production and helping develop and sell multiple series. I thrive on building authentic relationships, developing original concepts, and bringing compelling stories to life. Co-led a team of five casting producers, securing 48 families for a two-season series and contributing to an Emmy-nominated production. Directed development operations for a six-member team, managed a 20+ project slate, cultivated talent, and partnered with executive leadership to sell 6 series, 2 pilots, and 3 development deals in an 18 month period. Executed client-driven production projects, helping deliver a fully cast television series in under five weeks after a previous casting company failed to meet deadlines.
