I am a mechanical engineer with project experience over 19 years in the automotive industry. I have worked in BIW Domain - Robotic simulation, Offline Programming, SOP preparation with RCS, Gun study, Process verification, Cycle time optimization, Cycle time proving, Worked on Various Joining technologies like Spot welding, Glue, Rivet, MIG, Hemming, Aluminium spot welding, etc, tool validation and In design Concept Building, Design Development, Manufacturing feasibility Quality control and preparing technical documentation (clamp validations, process sheets and payload calculation) Effective communicator with skills in interfacing with international clients ensuring quality delivery of products/ solutions. GROUP LEAD - ROBOTIC SIMULATION EDAG PRODUCTION SOLUTIONS INDIA PVT. LTD. 1. Build the sim study considering initial planning data using Process simulate, DELMIA. 2. Weld spot distribution according to the Joining Joining sequence (Geo-spot, Re-spot) 3. Gun study, Weld gun, HSN gun selection considering the joining information like Sheet thickness, Gun force.

4. Robot, Linear axis, Conveyor, Stacks, Tip dress, Tip change Selection,Finalization and ordering Robot ordering considering the various load data.

5. Finalize the Panel positioning and orientation. 6. Consider safety for the operator or the maintenance person while building the study. Safety concept adoption in the study.

7. Tool validation, Process optimization, Cycle time optimization considering the SOP. 8. Robot pose creation and Implement all the parameter for operation considering the OEM guidelines. 9. Prepare interlocking sheet if any, Detail path creation. 10. Adopt correct RCS version as per the Robot Type. 11. Create SOP (Sequence of Operation), implement all comments and commands and interlocking zones in Programs.

12. Implement the necessary actions according to the sequence sheet of the tool in the program to validate the actual cycle time.

13. Prepare the deliverables documents with SOP Videos, GANTT chart to prove the cycle time. 14. Prepare program export for site plug-in.
