Team lead for a 4-person group project — I set up theAPI structure, reviewed, teammates' code,and handled most of the backend myself: user auth, station management, booking flow, slot scheduling, payments, invoices, reviews, notifications, and QR scan-to-book. Built the API using ASP.NET Core with Clean Architecture, JWT-based role access (3 roles), real-time slot status via SignalR, location- based station search (NetTopologySuite), and proper logging with Serilog — learned a lot about structuring a backend that multiple people work on at the same time.

Designed the database schema with EF Core migrations; also built some frontend screens (booking flow, slot calendar, admin dashboard) — mostly backend but touched both sides throughout.

Built a live voting app for my student club — only approved emails can register, each candidate has a 24-hour cooldown to prevent spam votes, results update in real time. Admin side handles all categories and candidates. Used Zustand for state and set up Firestore indexes to make the cooldown queries work efficiently.

Added 3D visuals and animations (Three.js + GSAP) for the voting experience. Deployed on Vercel — the app held up fine for 200+ people voting at the same time duringreal club events.

Architected an enterprise-grade backend using Clean Architecture and the CQRS pattern via MediatR to strictly decouple the domain model, application logic, and infrastructure data access layers. Engineered a real-time inventory synchronization engine using SignalR WebSockets, enabling instant UI state updates and automatic stock reduction across all connected clients during concurrent order placements. Implemented a robust Unit of Work pattern with explicit EF Core Transactions to guarantee ACID compliance and stock reversal during complex order cancellations, and integrated FluentValidation directly into the MediatR pipeline for centralized, fail-fast request validation.
