• Prepare and manage the acquisition of background materials and talking points for meetings and events that the President attends.

• Assist the President at events both on and off campus. Office Support:

• Support the coordination and management of events hosted by the President’s Office, such as the end- of-year celebration for faculty and staff and receptions at the home of the President.

• Maintain the President’s Office website and the President’s website.
