Working has a associate engineer in rossell techsys ( aerospace & defense division )I have experience in manufacturing of wire harness for aerospace & defense project in Bangalore. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Familiar in understanding the Engineering drawings & Process specification.
Manufacturing wire harness and electrical panel assemblies with simple and multiple breakouts as per customer document like process specification and part specification.
Verify revision / version of customer document, Drawing SPECO With respect to purchase order from customer.
Trained & involved in manufacturing processes like soldering, stripping, crimping, torquing, splicing, shield termination, coax, triax & quadrax termination, potting, metal/nomex braiding and testing of the wire harness.
Participate in disposition of non-conforming parts, identify root cause and discuss with CFT team and implement appropriate corrective and / or preventive action to reduce scrap and rework.
Co-ordinate with product engineering & manufacturing team during FAI for clarification.
Excellent communication and material management skill & ability to interact with customer for any kind of queries.
Knowledge in testing the wire harness and troubleshooting the issues.
Participate in 5s activity and FOD management.
Verify the material with qualify product database and part specifications.
Recording the routing of fabrication processes in IQMS.
Working knowledge in usage and handling of DIT-MCO and pneumatic tools.
Good knowledge on First article inspection (FAI) as per AS9102 standard.
Ensuring Quality Management system (QMS) compliance and meet customer requirements.
Complete understanding of IPC/WHMA-A-620E(internal) ‘ workmanship and Manufacturing requirements’.
Complete understanding of process documents to carry out the activity, part list documents, tools selection procedure, knowledge on part/ product acceptance and rejection criteria.
Planning for day to day activities for smooth functioning of in process activity and support the team members to complete wire harness according to the production plan.
Developing the cable harness to meet the customer requirements and measuring scales with acceptable tolerncess.
SKILLS :
Soldering and de soldering as J-STD.
Metal and nomex braiding.
Potting process
Fabricate any kind of harness (simple or complex)
Analyze and troubleshoot issues.
Training other on process flow.
Quality control and testing.
