• Experienced in manufacturing of wire harnesses for Aerospace & Defence projects and currently working in project - One

• Undergone a 6-month training program in Aerospace Interconnect Solutions and Electrical Panel Assemblies as a Trainee Engineer.

• 1 year of experience in technical assistance at MESCOM.

• 2 months of experience as JTO at Hanuman ITI College. EDUCATION

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering NRAMP NITTE

• PUC (Science) Christ King PU College, Karkala

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support end-to-end manufacturing of aerospace components and assemblies in compliance with customer specifications and aerospace quality standards.

• Interpret and review engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, and process documents to ensure accurate production execution.

• Ensure compliance with AS9100, AS9102 (FAI), IPC/WHMA-A-620, and J-STD standards during production activities.

• Coordinate with Design, Quality, and Process Engineering teams to resolve production issues and implement engineering changes.

• Participate in First Article Inspections (FAI) and support documentation and validation of manufacturing processes.

• Provide technical guidance and training to operators and technicians on manufacturing processes and workmanship standards. SKILLS

• Fabrication of single and multi-breakout wire harnesses.

• Electrical testing and troubleshooting.

• Root cause analysis.

• Process training and knowledge sharing.

• Team collaboration and coordination.
