• Roles and responsibility: Manufacturing technician. Job responsibility at ROSSELL TECHSYS LTD.

• Trained and certified for manufacturing a harness in Soldering, Stripping, Crimping, Torquing, Splicing, Coax cables manufacturing, Braiding processes.

• Knowledge on FAI documentation per AS9102, Form1, Form 2 Form 3.

• Verifying the customers documents like Drawings, TDP’s with respect to the harness.

• Recording every details regarding fabrication through SFT{IQMS}.

• Documentation of JAP, BOM, JRP for various type of harness and electronic panel assembly.

• Work with Engineering teams to define specifications, requirements, Selection of materials for link looms/jigs.

• Knowledge of wire harness development as well as Electrical Schematics & wiring diagrams.

• Providing Assistance to team members for clarification about manufacturing a harness.

• Process implementation and preventive action for avoiding Rework, making simplified documentation to make process easier.

• Checking wiring lay-out and final inspection as per engineering drawing, Installation of cable harness to testing machine DIT-MCO tester, VSWR tester.

• Knowledge on PFMEA & RCCA.

• Final inspection as per the customer requirements with acceptance and rejections criteria’s. Projects worked on:

• Boeing - V22 Osprey, F15, F18

• Sig Sauer

Training and Certification:

• IPC/WHMA-A-620 Acceptability of cable and wire harness assembly.

• IPC-A-610 Acceptability of electronic assembly.

• IPC J-STD-001 Requirements for soldered electrical and electronic assembly.

• AASSC Certified (Aerospace and Aviation sector skill council) Technical skills/Tools:

• Basics knowledge about MS word.
