PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Partner with management on contracting strategy, bid evaluations, sub-agreements, and contractor performance while ensuring compliance with ExxonMobil PSMS and regulatory requirements. Construction Foreman – ExxonMobil (via Brunel) 2024 Led day-to-day field execution for Plug & Abandon, reclamation, and pipeline integrity projects. Supervised crews and contractors, coordinated with Environmental, Regulatory, Operations, and Land teams, and maintained schedule, cost, and safety performance.

Business Development Specialist – BWS Inspection 2024 Developed client relationships, recruited technical candidates, supported onboarding processes, and participated in industry networking and business growth initiatives.
