I had to tag my product and make sure product was sealed and in good quality standards. Operating the machine we had to make sure we were using the correct item for the product being produced . Calling and staging our product's to the line consuming and reporting the amount consumed accurately doing quality checks every 30 minutes and hourly. Maintenance to our machine's changing out broken and worn parts from film guides to master chain links anything our machine needed except electrical wiring.Made sure all our people on the line were doing their jobs right and give them their breaks End of shift reports accurately and in a timely manner. Sanitation cleaned all machines from change overs in a timely manner and passing all QA requirements the first time around . replacing any old or broken parts . took out all garbage and pallets to storage area along with the raw reject from the lines .
