I started working here February 14, 2022. I started working with 1, 2 and 3 at the learning experience daycare as a second teacher also work with infants. Working with the 1’s and Two’s you have to be very attentive when someone is having a bad day like bad behavior, trying to hate or fight. Try to get down to their level eye contact try to calm them down walked him around the classroom walked him around outside. Take them to the park to remind them that they are OK. I know it’s really hard when parents have to go to work and you have to drop your kid off instead of calling, I would try to accommodate to my best ability. I also work with teaching them how to potty train like every five minutes I will say do we have to go potty?
