Column Inspection
Carry out routine inspection of towers through open/closing of tray manways. Issuing report on condition of existing internals and providing recommendation on possible repairs/replacements. Manage supply of new/replacement hardware through our consignment hardware lockers or trailers.
Blinding Operations
Carryout using our in-house equipment the spade isolation of towers plus the opening of column man doors.
Tray Replacement
Carry out the detray / retray of towers. Issue completion certificates as confirmation installation conforms to manufacturer’s installation requirements.
Packing Replacement
Carry out the depack / repack of towers along with associated internals such as Distributors, Support Grid etc. Issue completion certificates as confirmation installation conforms to manufacturer’s installation requirements.
Revamps
Carry out revamp of columns involving the installing/removal of tray support rings & bolting bars. Installation of new nozzles & man doors and column resections.
