Rhonda E. Butler is a skilled and dedicated administrative professional with extensive experience supporting executive-level staff and managing daily operational and administrative functions. She has a proven ability to coordinate meetings, travel, and complex schedules, as well as to handle research, reporting, information management, marketing, and business development within budget constraints. Rhonda is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at developing administrative processes that improve efficiency and accuracy. Retired from University of Missouri-Columbia in 2017.

Her professional experience includes working at SOS Temporary Staffing since 2018, providing office support in various university departments such as University Stores, Vet Med, and Biological Sciences. Prior to that, she served as an Administrative Assistant in the Department of Residential Life at the University of Missouri from 1989 to 2017. In this role, she managed calendars for directors, coordinated meetings and travel, prepared materials and agendas, handled correspondence, processed invoices, and served as a liaison with university executives, faculty, staff, and external constituents. She also provided advice and counsel to staff, students, and parents, maintaining confidentiality and positive relations.

Earlier in her career, Rhonda worked as a Secretary in the Office of Admissions (1987-1989), supporting minority recruitment and admissions advisors, coordinating campus visits, and developing internal correspondence to facilitate communication among university management and academic colleagues.

Although currently retired, Rhonda pursued general education at the University of Missouri – Columbia while employed; and has completed various training courses in project management, conflict resolution, and generational differences through the Trulaske College of Business Missouri Training Institute. Her interests include journalling, writing & reading. She co-authored book, “Widowed but Not Wounded”, story of 13 resilient widows.

Rhonda continues to utilize her professional skills supporting her continued dedication to non-profits & Christian Education. Providing support to various ministries over the years.
