• Installed SSRS and toolsets, leading/mentoring staff in report creation, migrating enterprise operational reports from a legacy AS400 system to SQL Server.
• Designed a data model with visualizations in a Power BI proof of concept to demonstrate the capabilities of the toolset to my customer

• Redesigned database processes to effectively utilize a limited maintenance window for multi-terabyte database systems (Allscripts Electronic Health Record) in a high-availability configuration supporting over one hundred Physician offices
• Worked with key stakeholders in both the billing and operations departments to update their IBM Cognos dimensional models and create SSRS reports providing insurance-payment status and electronic patient record data.
3/12-6/16: Data Development/Administration Team Lead and Supervisor, Pima County
• Technical Lead of the Data Development team, responsible for designing dimensional models for Departments
• Used those models to build targeted Data Marts for Departments, cubes and tabular data sets, and SSRS reports. These provided valuable decision support to the County’s leadership teams for financial analysis and forecasting, operational metrics, and Freedom of Information Act requests
