Independently managed the SmartLPA system for the plant.
Tracked and reported audit results for daily, weekly, and monthly audits for 120 employees across multiple departments.
Reorganized, updated and delivered comprehensive SmartLPA training to all new employees.
Oversaw the maintenance and enhancement of the 36 SmartLPA checklists, regularly reviewing and revising questions to ensure alignment with evolving quality, safety, and process standards.
