between July, 2011 thru December, 2013 when left to become a stay at home
Mom and Grandmother. During my time as a Loan Officer was responsible for
originating residential loans thru my territory for borrowers whom came into the
bank as well as any referred to me by area realtors, attorneys or other referral
sources had developed. worked with clients from their preliminary preapproval
thru to their closing in obtaining the best fit mortgage product for their needs.

As a Loan Review Analyst was responsible for reviewing the Banks Residential
and Consumer Loan portfolios to ensure the Banks and investors lending
requirements and guidelines were being followed. This also included
requirements for FNMA/FHLMC, VHFA and other investors reviews as required
by investor. was also a team member of the Banks’ Acquistion Team, where we
would go into potential Acquisition Banks and review their lending portfolios and
help assign the level of risk within said Bank to determine if a profitable
acquisition for Our Bank.
