GRANITE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC.
1996 to 2005 – Structural Superintendent. Responsible for all concrete construction on $80 million I-4 Road Widening Project in Lakeland / Plant City, Florida. Project consisted of 18 bridges, +/- 300,000 SF of reinforced concrete earth wall and 3 large box culverts. Responsible for coordinating all construction activities, cost control and estimating within my scope of work.

1995 to 1996 – Southeast General Manager – Responsible for sales, estimating and general construction activities in the Southeast U. S. Offices located in Atlanta, Nashville, West Palm Beach, Florence, Al.

1993 to 1995 – Project Manager on $3 million Skyway Fishing Pier Project, $.5 million Rip Rap Project and $4 million Cast-In-place Post Tension Concrete Box Girder Bridge I-275 Tampa, Florida.
METRIC CONSTRUCTORS, INC. / J.A. JONES CONSTRUCTION COMPANY 1991 to 1992 – Project Manager on $7 million Jacksonville Revitalization Project for F.D.O.T. Project consisted of 67,000 SY of milling, 85,000 SY of paving, 27,000 SY of sidewalk, 19,000 LF of curb & gutter and 96 drainage structures. Responsible for all aspects of the Project Construction and Financial Management.
1990 to 1991 – Project Manager on two $5 million Projects. Jacksonville Port Authority Access Roadway and Wharf Extension, consisting of 1.2 miles of 6 lane highway, 5,976 LF concrete pile and wharf construction.
1989 to 1990 – Assistant Project Manager on $5 million Orlando / Orange County Expressway in Orlando, Florida, consisting of 1.8 miles of 6 lane highway, 600 LF of bulkhead, one concrete bridge and one super-elevated steel girder bridge. 1986 to 1989 – Project Engineer on $4 million Flood Control Structure, Belle Glade, Florida, consisting of the retrofitting of a swing gate to a three-bay vertical lift gate and spillway for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Responsible for surveying, cost control, change orders and owner negotiation / correspondence.
