●I am the one who takes in the new packages after they have left the fulfillment center and marks them for the routes they are to be on. I then help with making sure those same packages get put into the right containers for the delivery drivers. Then later into the shift I am on one of 3 pads filled with drivers and help make sure that they get loaded up with the right packages and I am also one of the few people who then release the drivers from the pad to head to the customer's homes. I am regularly involved with upper management on the best practices and for a timely and strict process of making sure that we are always on schedule for deliveries.

●First starting with K12 online school, I provided excellent customer service from advising a simple student ID number to confirming that the student was accepted for enrollment. For technical support I assisted in from the simplest of things like a computer not powering on, to a partition restore, or even logging into their computer remotely to do the trouble shooting for the student. I have done this for the age group of children and parents of kindergarteners to seniors in High School. I then moved to provide assistance to higher education students. College Students and professors would chat for assistance with classes not loading properly, to the simplest of just login information. Then to the most recent position was providing Virtual Technical Support to the Harvard Business School classes. I am the first to go into a session before either a meeting or class and check to verify that everything is in working order. I am also the first to respond if something was to happen to the session, as far as getting it back working or figuring out what the issue is. From again simple hardware issues to software issues.
