Field Technician/Special Inspector/Lab Coordinator Building Construction and Development responsibilities have include management and/or self perform build of production housing projects, custom homes, small commercial buildings and TI projects, and more in the Reno, Tahoe, Carson City, Minden/Gardnerville, Dayton, and surrounding areas. My duties range from assistance and consultation during land acquisition, to full entitlement of properties, through to finish pad construction. Responsible for over 500 lots at any given time. Also responsible for oversite during construction of homes on the projects to ensure superintendent questions are answered and any possible obstacles are mitigated. I have also been involved in construction management and building spec and custom homes as well as other small, medium and large residential, commercial, and municipal related construction projects for over 25 years.

Engineering responsibilities have included office managment and business development, project management for residential, commercial, public works, and many other types of projects, supervising fifteen plus employees, and field quality control, special inspection, engineering design, and more for a wide range of project types. Communicate with owners, contractors, engineers, and governing agency representatives to insure quality performance and compliance with project plans and specifications.
