Manager of Audiovisual Engineer II / Information Technology (From August 2005 - Present) Florida International University, College of Law, Miami, Florida

• Manages the day-to-day support for faculty and staff.

• Ensures all service requests are maintained in appropriate work.

• Manages and coordinates staff support for student exam.

• Oversees client computers to ensure installed applications and Operating Systems are kept up to date.

• Administration of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager including but not limited to maintenance of application management, software updates, deployment packages, Operating Systems, task sequences, and scripts.

• Performs essential duties in any emergencies such as hurricanes, public health emergencies, and/or any other university emergency closing. • Set up and configure computers for faculty and staff.

• Setup and configure printers for faculty and staff.

• Configure, install, and maintain IT users' desktop software and hardware

• Provide consultation to IT users for all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Desktop Techs.
