Field Engineer

Work on complex Microwave Communications, Multiplex and Network Management systems manufactured by Harris/Aviat and OEM suppliers. Supervise, monitor, and audit work of service subcontractors and multiple Harris project teams to meet or beat project budget and schedule forecasts. Provide senior level support and guidance to other field engineers as requested. Conduct regular project status meetings with all parties. Familiar with both digital and analog equipment. Familiar with all Harris legacy Microwave Systems.

Work on domestic and worldwide assignments. Two years of overseas support: Nigeria, (Cote de Avore, Kenya, Malaysia, China and Columbia.

Field Project Manager: Ohio Turnpike, Imperial Irrigation District, Motorola - West Palm Beach County and Prince William County projects. Lead Network Integrator for County of San Diego,911, system upgrade.

I held the C-7 low voltage contractor's license for Harris in both New Mexico and Wyoming.
