10/01/2008-11/31/2010
Duties
Starting P.V. Peninsula Ins. Services Company and being affiliated with Remax Execs
California allowed me to work with several Real Estate Offices, Bank of America
Loan Agents and Peninsula Escrow offices that are all owned by the same
Family. Remax has weekly meetings to discuss the Real Estate Market changes,
changes regarding interest rate’s, Insurance and California Law’s. I was an
integral part of these meetings in which I would get in front of the whole Remax
Family of Associates and affiliates. To give them updated news about Insurance,
rate’s and demographics of cost and local geographical aspects of insurability on
homes. Selling Auto, Home, Commercial Building’s and Autos. More importantly
Life Insurance which is very important in a book of business. In which, it helps
retain clients by bundling all policies together. When Inception of this small
company I was the main person in charge in getting several Life Insurance
Companies to allow our brokerage to sell their Life Product’s. Company’s such as
Transamerica, MetLife, Prudential and many more to mention like Hartford Life. I
had no clue how much I was going to learn in tying in these Company’s with our
small brokerage. I learned a tremendous amount, I embrace innovation,
technology and knowledge to enhance performance of a Business. In order to
grow, build a strong and healthy book of Business you need to allow these
components to work to make an Insurance Business Strong.

Leslie C Peterson
State Farm Insurance

San Pedro, Ca. 90732
Duties
Sales and Growth were the main objective of my duties and that was by
focusing on P&C and Financial Services. I also contributed in a big way to
Leslie’s office by using one of my biggest connections that I have and that was
the Costco Warehouse Marketing Team. It brought extra revenue to the agency
and that was something Leslie had never experienced. My business savvy and
great social skills allowed me to network with great people and has allowed me to
continue having a great relationship with several Costco Store Managers in the
South Bay. Reaching out to my Real Estate connections is also something that I
brought to the table and that also brought more revenue. Servicing clients is also
an important task in the everyday operations in the office and making sure clients
were being taken care of. I had a key to the office to open and close the office
