The wage garnishments system currently uses the services offered by CSC, an external provider, to extract the required information from these documents via an OCR process (Optical Character Recognition). The idea of this project is to evaluate & eventually use the OCR capabilities of Captiva. Captiva is an OCR product from EMC2.
