Hello, FIXD
I just viewed a post from my PayPal account, and have debited my bank account for
$99.99. I was very shocked at the unexpected charge for a subscription that I was unaware of. Some time ago I ordered your scanning product, only to find that after trying it out I had my own equipment. My own equipment gave me better information and so the FIXD scanner was put aside. When I ordered FIXD from you I wanted 1 although I received 2. I thought FIXD was mine to use and not connected to a subscription. As of today I will cancel my use of your product and request a refund of
$99.99.
