Experience
● Lifewise Academy / Teacher
August 2023 - PRESENT
Location: Fairbury, IL
I have been a teacher for Lifewise Academy for three years. Lifewise Academy takes the gospel to public school students during school hours. We take students off campus to a nearby location and teach them a bible lesson, a character quality and they go back to school. I have been blessed to be involved in this company!
● Caregiver /Self Employed
May, 2019 - Present
Location: Surrounding communities
I have been a caregiver for several patients since 2019. I took a caregiver class for several days and got certified through the state of Illinois. I enjoy working with my clients and their families. The work varies from patient to patient, but I’ve worked with clients who have dementia and have worked with a quadraplegic, to just helping with ordinary tasks, such as showering or medication check ins. The blessing with this work is I can pick my hours and what kind of caregiving fits my schedule and hourly rate. I greatly enjoy getting to know the families I care for and enjoy working with my patients.
● Bringing Hope Ministries/Director
June, 2025 - Present
Location: Remote
Bringing Hope Ministries is a 501c3 and helps women involved in the illicit massage industry. We have several chapters located in central Illinois, Tennessee and Ohio. We are a new organization and are building our board of directors and teams as we go. We take small gifts to women who are inside illicit massage parlors and share the gospel with them. My job as the director is to effectively communicate with team leaders and the gift coordinator to make sure all teams have gifts when they go on outreach. I also need to make sure the gift coordinator has all the supplies she needs as she prepares gifts for teams when they need them. As director of the board it’s also important to communicate with board members the pulse of the ministry, what needs are imminent and what needs to wait. Board members rely on my experience and expertise on urgent matters and what needs to wait.
