The role is dynamic and focuses on operations in service centers in Dubai and Northern Emirates. It involves customer interaction and satisfaction, whether with internal customers (such as Emarat management and different departments) or external customers (including Road & Transportation Authority (RTA), Ministry of Interior (MOI), local police authorities and service vendors) Business and Process development
Continuing to leverage my previously gained experience, I aim to persuade and influence management to construct and open new service, thereby expanding the network Projects:
o Preparing Feasibility Studies for New Locations. This involves assessing the viability of opening new service centers. The feasibility study should cover various aspects:
Market Implications: Understand the local market dynamics, demand, and potential customer base.
Revenue Forecasting: Estimate expected revenue based on projected customer volume and services offered.
Manpower: Evaluate staffing requirements for efficient operations.
Operating Expenses: Consider costs related to facilities, utilities, and maintenance.

Net Profit and ROI: Calculate the potential return on investment. o Mobile Inspection Units oversee the development of feasibility studies, evaluation of vendor proposals, and coordination of procurement activities through to the configuration and implementation of the service.
o Scanning the market, analyzing the competitors’ practices to improve the internal culture to improve performance and increase the revenue.
o Following up with concerned departments internally and external authorities till completing and handing over the project
o Monitoring project performance post-commissioning, ensuring alignment between prepared feasibility studies and real-world outcomes.
o Organizing periodic studies of the local retail market to identify retail activities. o Commissioning market research to obtain data related to the project in hand. This includes identifying data required and optimum methods of obtaining it, data required from customers and suppliers.
Profitability Figures Reporting:
o Supervising operations KPIs at each site and ensure compliance with RTA KPIs to assure Emarat is eligible to receive the AED 20/- per vehicle (for all vehicle tested) monthly. Successfully achieved 3.2M in 2024 & 4.1M in 2025. o Planning the annual budget/revenue forecasts for the locations including the service performance to meet the corporation strategic goals. Successfully achieved ~ 10% net profit increase in 2025.
o Releasing locations expenditure reports to be reviewed identifying the exceeded allocations
(if any) to be controlled. Successfully achieved budget average savings of ~ 8% in the years 2024 and 2025
o Analyzing and reporting the locations’ performance on Bi-Weekly/monthly bases and identifying for the proper action to be taken to increase the revenue or to reduce he operating costs according to the situation.
o Periodical bottom line meetings with the site managers to sort out any operational issues and setting up the marketing plans.
Operational:
o Following up on projects, prioritizing tasks to be accomplished in line with the estimated plan.
o Manage a team of professionals and constantly mentor them to achieve the highest efficiency levels.
o Reporting to the higher management the process progress highlighted on the strength and weakness according to the accomplished stages.
o Coordinates with all Emirates Traffic Police Departments, Vehicle Testing dealers, Insurance companies and suppliers to fulfill Shamil operations requirements. o Receives the newly joined staff, deliver training program include introducing business history and services before reporting to the locations. o Man-power management and allocation.
Leasing Contracts & Monitoring Points of Sale:
o Preparing leasing contracts in both languages Arabic/English. o First level scrutiny and monitoring of the conduct in general of the tenants at the locations and monitoring any violations in specific in liaison with the Legal Advisor. o Making sure that each point of sale by any tenant is leased/occupied at the best leasing rates within the emirate.
o Invoicing tenants, collecting cheques clearing the payments in coordination with Accounts. o Monitoring the volume of sales at each Site to assist the management to decide on the yearly lease value and whether any rent increase is required. Special Duties:
o Assigned by the executive management as one of Task Force members for technical projects evaluation. I was one of the technical team to visit, survey and prepare the evaluation report prior to proceeding with the negotiation/procurement process. Emirates General Petroleum Cooperation “Emarat”

Supervise, administrate, and coordinate service locations including all administrative tasks and duties.
The administration role covers the following set of responsibilities: o Launching fleet customers visits to introduce and promote for Shamil services. o Succeeded in signing contracts with major fleet customers in Dubai and increase the tested vehicles at Shamil sites.
o Raising performance reports to the management and sharing the ideas received from the fleet customers to attract more motorists to the business. o Assigned by Dubai Police then RTA as Central Inspection System Site Manager which covers cancelling test fees, liaising with the Site managers monitoring the transfer of staff in-between Shamil sites, blocking CIS user account and generating monthly performance reports.
o Prepare weekly Dubai Police / RTA payments (Dubai sites transactions), check cash variances and justifications in coordination with Accounts. o Point of contact in-between Emarat IT and RTA IT/Licensing Departments for any routine system upgrading or operational related matters.
o Handles emergency problems at the center, such as system shutdowns, or power failure, liaising with maintenance, IT services, the equipment contractors. o
Accounting & Procuring:
o Inputs tender requests and inquires including bidders’ evaluation to meet Emarat parameters and level of assigned service/product
o Creates Purchase Orders related to suppliers and follow up the required approvals, supplying, delivery and payment of each item including coordinating with Purchase Dep. and Account Dep.
o Inventory and suppliers’ invoicing processes including coordinating with Accounts Dep. o Meets suppliers/vendors to negotiate the offered items/services/products to be provided at the sites to assure the best price and the highest level of service/product. o Assuring the services to be presented in accordance with Emarat image, rules and regulations.
o Key role in developing process improvements to enhance monitoring and control of trade spend budget.
