-Write SQL queries to grab data from database

-Work with engineers to get issues fixed.

-Monitor flash failure rate once issue has been resolved.

•Uses JIRA ticket system to create tickets for tracking purposes

• Uses Stellantis diagnostic applications such as: wiTECH, CDA, J2534, etc.

• Uses Stellantis diagnostic devices such as: MDP, microPOD II, CARDAQ, BSE, etc. for testing.

• Uses CANalyzer tool for CAN logs.

-Work with Suppliers to get all necessary information to start Flash Support.

-Create EFD flash files for suppliers

-Analyze ECU checklist to make sure there are no protocol violations with specs.

-Complete dev flash support before release date
