Training Specialist
State of Idaho June 1999 to Oct 2010. Reason for leaving took promotion within the department.
Duties included training of Health and Welfare Self Reliance staff in all aspects of determining eligibility for Foodstamps, Medicaid, Childcare, Adult programs and Child support. Developed the training material in order to delver said training. Mentored staff after training completed and reviewed cases to verify that the training process was successful. This included training staff on customer service techniques.

Duties included interviewing participants and applicants to determine eligibility for Self Relaince programs including Foodstamps, Medicaid, Adult programs, and Childcare. This position required daily contact with customers with a high emphasis on eligibility and customer service.
