Collaborated with weavers to address production challenges, implement market-oriented designs, and diversify products to meet contemporary youth preferences. Conducted workshops in Bargarh on sustainable practices, upcycling Ikat fabric waste into jewellery and accessories. Contributed to artisans’ capacity building, supply chain coordination, and expanded market exposure beyond Odisha, including national and export opportunities. Additionally, worked on the Bharat Tex project with local artisans through design explorations and sampling in Maniabandha Ikat.
