Lead project execution for Solar Hybrid Power

To ensure all the functional and performance of the supplied equipment of the project is designed within specification required.

Provide technical solution on the equipment fabrication, installation, hook-up work on the structural (solar mounting, wind turbine pole & navigation aid skid) and other electrical work package such as Solar PV, Distribution Board, Wind Turbine, Solar Charge Controller, Battery Bank, flare tip, and Ignition System Enclosure.

To ensure the equipment package installed and commission according to company standard approved procedure to avoid equipment malfunctional and under performance while in service

Liaise with fabricator for quality inspection (Pre-Inspection Meeting) prior fabrication, and prepare notice of inspection for the inspector prior complete work

Prepare and track document submission phase such as technical drawing, datasheet, quality control document and procedure for approval

Prepare and lead the FAT work at the company premise after system pre- assembly prior delivery

Ensure the site work SOW is covered prior mobilization via written work- pack for operation/installation safety and within execution plan

Perform pre-commissioning at fabricator yard/main contractor place according to company approved test procedure

Perform commissioning work at offshore (site work) such as start-up on all system inclusive integration with other system related by keep it functional and performance as per design

Perform classroom training; purpose to train the operator on the system design construction, installation, operation/maintenance of the whole system
