Project Description

APTIV is a global manufacturer of vehicle harness manufacturing industry and wanted to replace their in house MES solution with Dassault APRISO MES MOM application. As part of this solution, all the existing functionalities like demand order management, order execution, quality defect management and logistic support and planning will delivered with much faster and user friendly manner. Working on a full-scale MES MOM transformation where APTIV replaced its legacy MES with Dassault Apriso. The solution supports demand order management, production execution, quality processing, labor management, logistics, and machine integration. Also worked on automotive MES modules similar to those in Leading Automotive Client projects. Key Contributions

● Built MES screens using Screen Framework (SFM) in Process Builder using business controls,

● components, determinations, C#, JavaScript, and HTML for modular UIs.

● l Developed MES modules: Crew Management, Engineering Change Management, Production

● Execution, Inspection Checklist, Time & Labour, Master Data Utilities.

● l Strong SQL CRUD operations with stored procedures, validations, backend logic, indexing, and

● performance tuning.

● l Integrated MES with external systems using REST APIs for real-time synchronization.

● l Configured Apriso Desktop Client objects and managed packages and deployments through

● GPM.

● l Designed SSRS reports and integrated them into Apriso for analytics.
