Data Security Responsibilities
I process New Hires from various feeds received overnight received from SAP, Corestaff and the UA1s. We check the data supplied for correctness and set up the New HIre according to procedure. We add NONEMP onto Contractors and Temp Users profile. Through tickets we provision drive folders, LDAP servers, Unix groups for new users. I process regular and rush terminations as needed on a daily basis. Twice a month we process transfers which includes changing specific information, such as managers, cost centers, etc. which belongs in the employee’s profile.. We provision and troubleshoot from email and Remedy requests. Some of the software that we use are ITIM, Microsoft Exchange, IDRS, Remedy, Active Directory, LDAP, unix groups, Exchange distribution lists, Palis, Lifepro, RPS, Barclay’s Point, Cassiopea, Enterprise Vault, SAP, Entrust, Good, Blackberry, Coli Web, ISIS Forms.The position requires extensive troubleshooting skills and investigation. I also run forecasting for terminations to check against information received, and remove or disable mailboxes on terminated employees. We reinstate various Contractors if they have not been extended by their UA1 and are terminated. This includes reinstating all of their access to various servers and applications that they had before the termination. We work closely with various IT departments for aid to restore employees Windows account or mailbox. ISIS Prod Support Responsibilities
Manipulation of ISIS batch jobs through Autosys. Manipulation includes changing batch schedules, job triggers and job dependencies on all four ISIS databases. Customer support through tickets and emails as needed. Ran nightly batch against the ISIS databases. Unix Production Control Responsibilities
Unix Production Control’s main responsibility was to perform/monitor backups from Windows and Unix servers and to restore those backups if needed from the NAS, using EMC Networker. We also were responsible for creating, editing and scheduling MoveIt jobs through the MoveIt or Secure03 application. Extensive customer service in this position, internally and externally. Responsibilities include opening, forwarding and closing trouble tickets through the Remedy system, answering phone calls in a timely manner, and replying to emails received. We performed first level support to internal users. This position required me to have knowledge of company architecture, windows and unix knowledge, some hardware and software knowledge. Extensive scheduling experience with the following software. CA7, NDM (Network Data Mover), Symon Alerts, Facets. I have monitored multiple platforms through CA7, CA11, Facets, ISIS jobs through Autosys, TCP\IP, SUN(Unix), CICS, IMS, Huron, DB2, FTP, Windows Scheduler and Remedy. Responsibilities included bringing up and down the CICS, IMS and Huron onlines. I created .XML forms for use on our Sharepoint site for bank files received through the Lockbox on a daily basis. Programming knowledge includes Cobol and Visual Basic. System Knowledge includes ISPF, TSO, VTAM, RMDS (archiver), SAR (archiver). I supported internal users during Disaster Recovery exercises and used extensive troubleshooting, training of new hires, co-workers and customer service throughout this position. I have also participated in many External and Internal Audits and have knowledge of Sox and HIPAA requirements.
Quality Control/Computer Operations Responsibilities Check printed output for smudges and other imperfections, arranged printed output to be delivered to the correct area. Printed checks, checked for accuracy and routed to correct area. Cleaned printers and made sure Sun tapes were inserted and removed in a timely manner. Printed output/reports. I am familiar with Xerox software. Worked closely with Team Members and Customers. Used Troubleshooting skills for problems with missing output.

Married 25 years + 11. I have two children, son Ryan, daughter Shea. I am a proud Mother of an Eagle Scout. When I am not working I am busy grooming, bathing and trimming my Grand Champion Irish Setter and Miniature Dachshund. My daughter and I have traveled throughout the United States competing in Agility, Rally, Obedience and Conformation for 19 years. I have owned and bred Irish Setters for 42 years and have competed at the AKC Westminster Dog Show in New York City and the AKC Eukanuba National Championship in Long Beach California.
