Chicago Debate League
Partially Funded Volunteering (Summer 2018/Summer 2019)
• Worked as a temporary judge for the Chicago Debate League policy division during my summer breaks.
• Judging debate competitions and the individual performances of the elementary, middle, and high school level debaters, which would normally be 3 to 4 debaters at a time with debates lasting up to one hour at a time.

• A Christian organization with a goal of connecting international and domestic students at UIUC and having open conversations about our beliefs.
• Being a part of the Family Team involves making, organizing, planning, and marketing for upcoming events.

• Helped coordinate and run events such Fall Getaway, that had students from all over the world attend, for a weekend of camping.
The National Society of Leadership and Success (Feb 2021-Current)
• The NSLS is an honor society that aims to create leaders and aid the individual in reaching their professional goals.
• This involved attending lectures outside of class, as well as partaking in assignments to build teamwork skills

• An organization aimed at providing free period products to local women

Vice President/Cofounder (2021-2022)
• Created with the intention of creating and helping people establish ways in which they can prosper in their community together
• My role was to help create different events, organize them, partake in them, and help with administrative tasks.
• This included volunteering at Roosevelt Street Community Garden and still working towards establishing a community garden at our university.
• We also hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for those who did not have anywhere else to go as well as working toward establishing a book exchange system for the community surrounding UIUC.
