I bring a veteran Contracting Market Project Management Professional experienced in IFC and Design-Build solicitation assessment in relation to Federal, Commercial, Public Works, Hospitality, Institutional, Industrial, OSHPD, Civil and Private project scope. Derived from an initial career path within the Manufacturing Market (DOD/FAA), my career has since been committed to the challenge of infusing the Construction Market with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts, configuration, technique and expertise acquired through direct management of multiple Business Re-engineer efforts spanning the initial portion of said career. This experience is augmented with a heavy personal computer background, involving programming, as well as canned software applications and their associated implementation in both centralized and distributed environments.

Specific to the requirements of Project Management and administration, I possess direct experience with collaborative coordination of same associated to scope execution as well as “cradle to grave” estimation/proposal/build planning. Where assuming the Project Manager role post award (NOA/NTP), I have proven “hands-on” insight in terms of technical envelope breakdown, SOW, proposal, award, NTP, SOV, submittals, progress, delivery, installation, and construction in conjunction with field and/or administrative operations. Comfortable in chairing requisite progress meetings at all organizational levels, I have also contributed to business development where necessary conducting research re cost efficiencies associated to enhanced Client base, supply chain, design development/change, vendor / trades coordination, submittal alternatives, legacy systems/ processes / procedures integration and/or upgrade to enhance communication of all aspects through distributed data / information re internal as well as external customer base. Blueprint literate whether civil, mechanical, electrical, schematic, or architectural and versed in Procore, MS Project/Primavera/Smart Sheet MS365, and Bluebeam as well as a variety of financial construction market focused software demonstrates an ability to effectively manage the expeditious update of project data and/or critical contract issues thereby enhancing team situational awareness along with consistent progress. This in turn has supported improved performance re Federal/State/Local compliance, as well as contract close-out relating to resources, retention, and margin.
