• Additional responsibilities performed while assigned in plant were product audits, supplier

ratings, dimensional inspections, testing verification, design / contract reviews (CDR), internal

change control board reviews (CCB), internal material review board (MRB), statistical process

control (SPC) and performed PFMEA’s internally and externally.

● Responsible for quality system survey audits to Boeing D1-9000 and ISO 9000 along with software

validation at suppliers. Also held internal position as Q.A. administrator on the C-17 military transport

aircraft production tooling, Jigs, procedures, tooling orders, tool drawings and fabrication outlines.

● Previous holder of FAA repairman certificate #2451479, for accessory and sub-assembly inspection

to FAR 65.103, at McDonnell Douglas. Additional position held as FAA, Designated Manufacturing

● Performed final flight line (D.M.I.R.) inspection activity on completed aircraft and initiated FAA

8130-3, (certified for flight) airworthiness certification prior to delivery of aircraft to airline customers.

Secret Clearance held with the Department of Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO).
