Objective
As a manager of the New York Ithaca station, my primary objective was to support the functioning of business operations by managing personnel, coordinating operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. I ensured that the station was in working order, and that the personnel had everything that was needed to start the day. I aimed to create a positive and productive work environment by walking the station and communicating with everyone, setting clear goals, and monitoring performance.
Over my work experience, I have been awarded for ensuring the station maintain safety. I walk through the workroom floor to ensure that all personnel are aware of changes and safety. I obtained my Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt during my course. I made some improvements to reduce the number of packages misplaced. Education
