Marriott was interested in improving revenue and increasing loyalty of Marriott Hotels’ Arabic guests through development of a training program that addressed the major gaps, based on market research and observation, between how Arabic guests are, and would like to be, treated during their stay.
· Conducted analysis to determine audience characteristics, performance gaps, identify accomplished performers, and required level of proficiency.
· Created a scenario-based board game that was facilitated by managers and played with department staff. The scenarios were based on typical situations staff would encounter with Arab guests. Staff members needed to describe the appropriate behavior in response to each scenario. The game could be played over several sessions until each staff member had a chance to respond to each scenario. Managers could also use the game scenarios to work with staff members one-on-one or smaller groups.

(West Coast, Mid-West, and East Coast) and employed approximately 600 people. During the engagement, helped HR staff successfully evaluate, select, and implement a cloud based LMS and implementation vendor.
