Working in a high paced environment while meeting multiple needs and tasks at once. Training new hires and supporting team members in their roles. Assisting customers of various ages in taking orders, using the McDonald’s mobile app, using the kiosk and answering any questions. Solving multiple different problems quickly and within reasonability and communicating any and all information in a timely manner. Working 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.
