Did both LLC and full-time employment. Was a proposal management and technical writing for several companies as a 1099 and an employee (Mandex, Inc. and Clarity Innovations LLC). This role required federal proposal management and FAR knowledge. Coordinated the proposal team, served as the SME, and acted as the proposal and capture manager and technical writer, contributing to successful contract awards and technical publications.

Independently authored and delivered the complete documentation suite for the U.S. Army’s Centralized Personnel Database (CPD) as the sole writer, producing approximately 24 important system guides and an additional 15 user manuals, each ranging 20–80 pages (totaling over 2,000 pages), without any assistance from project managers, SMEs, technical staff, or other resources—demonstrating expertise in documenting software and systems by creating clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for IT systems and processes, ensuring accessibility and ease of understanding for users and stakeholders.
