• As a member of LaBella’s PMO Team, I worked closely with our client Gas and Hydro Engineering, and Quality Management Teams on various gas pipeline and hydro engineering projects/. Projects consists of Article VII gas pipeline relocation, replacements, and distribution projects; district regulator and gate station rebuilds, leak prone main replacement programs, and FERC compliant dam restoration projects

(hydro station powerhouse generation, penstock, and tailgate repairs).

• Provided project document management support to Gas/Hydro PMs, Managers, and Engineers. Responsibilities as Document Control Specialist includes processing and maintaining all project related documentation for record storage and retrieval, and ISO 9001/14001 QMS compliance: Procurement RFPs, bids, proposals, and awards; Correspondence for federal and state regulatory agencies, and local municipalities; Permitting documentation; SOW and project schedules; engineering drawings, RFIs and submittals; GIS reports; QA/QC documentation; commissioning documentation; Lessons Learned, financials, photos, sketches, images, and all other project specific documentation from initiation to project closure.
