Worked in the Information Technology industry since 1974, starting as an entry level programmer position at NASA in Greenbelt, Maryland, progressing in job assignments in the field - until today, working as a contractor to the Department of Homeland Security at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Academy.

Worked On-site in Glynco, Georgia as Senior Systems Analyst/Help Desk since 2006; supporting Government Personnel in implementation and functional integration of the ICE Training System (ITS TMS). Responsible for assisting government personnel in the adoption of the ITS TMS to electronically track student population training data and progress through the academy environments within advanced, basic and In-Service Programs. Have supported all ICE Locations either physically or telephonically; Glynco, Georgia, Charleston, South Carolina, Dallas, Texas, Washington D.C., Williston, Vermont & RAC/SAC Locations.
Primary on-site customer support liaison between the clients, product and development company. Responsible to implement, train and trouble shoot issues that arise in the merger of the Academy Class Management System within the Department of Homeland Security’s Academy Environments.
Lead in the initial requirements gathering sessions that created the Academy Class Management System (ACMS) for the U.S. Border Patrol Academy, Immigration Officer Academy & U.S. Customs Academy, now the Department of Homeland Security. Responsible for creating Functional Requirements Document, System Design Document, and Test and Quality Assurance Plans for the complete Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of ACMS.

Established the Mid-West office for Galaxy Systems Corporation. Established the office, initial sales presence in Indianapolis, and hiring of support staff.
Division Vice President, CACI International Bloomington, IN (1988-1996)
Responsible for the day-to-day operations and market expansion of CACI’s eight-year $70.8 Million ADP Support Services Contract. The contract was with the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, Indiana. This encompassed working with client executive and project management personnel, recruiting, hiring, project management, budgetary and revenue projection tracking. In-process reviews and monthly written reporting requirements to the corporate headquarters was necessary.
Corporate responsibilities included market expansion and name recognition in the Mid-West. Lead the management team in tripling the business base from $4.2 million annually to over $12 million a year annually in three years. At the time of promotion to Division Vice President, CACI Bloomington had 42 employees, upon leaving the company; there were over 120 employees in five site locations. Maintained a profit margin of over 23% monthly.
Senior Systems Analyst, System One Miami, FL (1986-1988)
Developed the design of CICS transaction screens and processing flow of an Automated Tour System. Involved with external/internal design documents using IBM’s Document Composition Facility, programming, and user testing of the system. Directed four programmers daily with the implementation, modifications to the on-line system and programming of the batch processing.

Member of the four-person executive board, the executive board set the pace and direction for the growth of the company, designed benefits packages for employees, and set operational policy. Also directed eight site managers with 105 personnel at multiple client sites on a daily operations basis. Responsibility included marketing Rockwell International, which was a “financial cornerstone” of Amtec Systems Corporation.
Multiple management and technical lead rolls within Amtec client base, which included, Toyota Motor Company, Nissan Motor Company, Rockwell International, Northrop Advanced Systems Division, and Lockheed.
