Operations Supervisor

Planning of the sort.

Assigning package handlers to the work areas in the warehouse.

Organizing execution of the sort.

Quality assurance.

Report generations

Coordinating and communicating with package and handling team, other managers, trainers, contractors, business associates, etc.

Scheduling, my time approvals, write ups.

Moving trucks and trailers when needed within the warehouse.

Tugger carts and working with pallets and Pallette jacks moving boxes around, loading and unloading.

Manage unload and van lines for smooth functioning.

Taking presort meetings, discussing about safety, and working in a safe environment.

Hazmats and CPR trained.

Dispatching before the scheduled time on a daily basis.

Motivator, mentor, lead the team, work as a team member and go getter.

Business Development & Revenue Generation

* Drive new business acquisition and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

* Identify and develop opportunities with brands, agencies, and direct clients.

* Build a strong pipeline through market mapping, prospecting, and networking.

* Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value media deals.

Media Sales (OOH)

* Sell OOH media inventory including hoardings, unipoles, transit media, metro, airports, malls, and DOOH.

* Create customized media proposals and solutions aligned with client objectives.

* Work closely with planning and operations teams for campaign execution.

* Ensure effective utilization and monetization of media assets.

Client & Agency Management

* Manage and grow relationships with media agencies, advertisers, and corporate clients.

* Act as a key point of contact for clients during campaign lifecycle.

* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

* Track market trends, competition, and pricing benchmarks in the OOH ecosystem.

* Provide inputs on new inventory development and monetization strategies.

* Support leadership with sales forecasts and MIS reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

* 12 years of experience in OOH / Media Sales / Advertising.

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

* Strong network with media agencies and advertisers (preferably Bangalore market).

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
